I think that more than just a microwave oven is needed in the 'kitchen' before they can call it a kitchen. Also, I had a bad reaction to all the air fresheners around the place (they are chemicals after all). Why do they need to put these everywhere if the place is clean? I had an incredible time at this hostel. While it isn´t located ¨in the heart¨of Bilbao, it is a short 5 minute walk to the metro and 15 minutes to the Guggenheim. It was extraordinarily clean, and the staff were friendly and obviously love being there. The community feeling was particularly strong- GREAT PEOPLE! Jessica, from USA ~ 7th Oct 2009

staff is great, the hostel only just openend and so its not really finished. Could be cleaner, and it was a bit boring at nights. Met some good people though. Its cheap so why complain chris, from Netherlands ~ 17th Jul 2009
