The only things i can suggest: some of the reception staff were a little hesitant to offer information and seemed like it was an effort. Not sure when the rooms are cleaned but the bathroom wasnt cleaned that often.

Billabong staff were kind and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was great. If I had stayed longer in Perth, I would have continued staying at Billabong Backpackers. The only downside is the distance from town...but that's why backpackers have legs. An overall quality hostel with great amenities. thanks.

You could tell that the staff were overworked and underpaid. It really showed. They were just plain grumpy to everyone. I wouldnt stay there again and was glad to check out. Not enough seating facilities, which made me have to resort to my room. My room had 3 other non english speaking women. Very hard to meet new people.Very run down also...

The double room was large, could sleep 3, with ensuite. Bedding was provided. Kitchen facilities were large and clean. For $80 per night it was good value.
