  • You should be warned that there is no wifi in the hostel, and there is only one old computer available.

  • Maybe I was just really tired, but the bed I slept in here was ridiculously comfortable. Other than the lack of wifi, this place was great to stay.

  • Had a lovely stay here! Staff is very personal, friendly and helpful. Generally clean and tidy. Nice big dorm with table and chairs in the middle, windows and heating. Common room with kitchen, table and couches. Nice breakfast (lots of choice for toast toppings, muesli, chocolate milk, tea and coffee). Close to proper super market and tramline to get to city centre, and you can go out near the hostel as well.

  • The Black Sheep in Cologne is a very relaxed and friendly hostel and I would visit again. The traffic outside the window is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs (you can buy them at the hostel).
