The lady that runs the hostel is ok, but the actual apartment that we stayed in was horrendously creepy and not at the stated address of the hostel, but rather around the block. make sure you have cash as they do not take credit cards. we were given two flat sheet for the bed, so we'd wake up in the middle of the night lying directly on the gross matthress. our room had dirty white walls and not a drop of color. im not picky at all but this place had not character and was actually frigtening. we stayed there 3 nights and the last two morning there was no hot water. im not just talking luke warm or cool, but the water was literally freezing cold, so we walked around vienna dirty for most of our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. absolutely nothing redeems it. I've stayed at many hostels before and this was hands down the worst

El hostel esta muy bien ubicado, pero cabe aclarar que mas que un hostel es un deposito transformado "en". Pero por relacion precio calidad es aceptable. No tiene ninguna facilidad de cocina, solo una mesa en el hall de ingreso entre medio de las dos habitaciones del hostel (de 10 camas cada una). Los baños son normalitos, aceptables para ser usados, pero mejor que les toque con buena gente en las habitaciones, si no es tetrico. No hay staff, solo la mujer que parece ser la dueña, que ademas de su mal ingles es bastante descortez.

We enjoyed Alex friendly manner and good service. It was nice traveling in the off season, so we had exceptional privacy. The information we received for navigating the area was helpful. Towels were supposed to be available for rental, but we were unable to connect to anyone at the time they were needed.

This hostel should be named Project Mayhem Hostel, because the first rule is that you do not ask questions ! They are very unkind, surprisingly unkind for austrian people. They have all these banners on every wall with lots of info and they give you a sheet telling you to read before asking for " respect " to their staff, WTF !?!

This hostel was good. The onliest problem was that you can't pay by card. We had to withdraw 200€ in cash and carry it to the hostel.

When I first arrived I had to wait to check in because everyone was gone on a break, but later I was reassured. The location could not be better. Its right behind the museum quarter.
