Breakfast that was included is not a real breakfast..only some bread and coffee..not so funny to divide a meal with so many people. The staff was not so friendly and you cannot bring anything to drink or eat in your room because if you do it you will have to pay 100,00 zl!!!! Nicola, from Italy ~ 31st Aug 2011

It may seem to be rather trivial, but if linen is provided, it would be good to have the use of a towel as well - it is annoying to have to carry one around ! It would also be good to have some clarity as to which stores in the kitchen are for general use (tea/coffee/sugar etc)- perhaps they could be labled to differentiate them from guests' private stocks. I used nothing that I did not buy myself, but it seems that some things in the excellently eqipped and clean kitchen were for general use. Alan, from South Africa ~ 24th Aug 2011

We took a double bedroom. Very nice location (close to the train station and the city center). Staff not very friendly (they don't give you information, time of (breakfast, checkout,..) for example). Big kitchen with a lot of things. There are a lot of bathroom (it's like you have yours). There were transformations during our stay so wake up at 7am because of the noise. Sehr schoenes Hostel, es liegt zentral, 5 minuten vcn dem Bahnhof. Krakau ist Spitze! Wir haben alles besucht: Rynek, Oświęcim, Wieliczka, Schindlers Fabrik. Blue Hostel hat perfektes Frustuck und ist sehr freundlich! ACHTUNG! DIE POLIZEI KANN 100 ZLOTY VERLANGEN, WENN MAN BIER IM WESTERPLATTE-PARK TRINKT!!! Michael, from Greece ~ 7th Aug 2011

I will never go there again. The staffs are so unfriendly and they had no room for me even though I made reservation 2 weeks before I arrived. They told me to go to the hostel next to them and they said it's a same company. But I figured out they run by different owner. I got 8 beds dorm instead of 4 beds dorm. And they insisted me to pay same price which is more expensive than 8 dorm. They lied to me that linen price is separate but I found at website later it says included. They are very rude.
