“ The hostel is quite far from the center of the city and the neighborhood is not very nice but the subway is just around the corner and it is the cheapest place to stay in Shanghai. Friendly staff . A fridge and a microwave are available.. Take the time to walk along the Fuzhou river which is next to the hostel ”

“ I stayed at this hostel soon after it opened and really liked it, so I was sorry to see that it has gone downhill. The staff is still friendly and helpful, but the wifi in the rooms is unstable and frequently doesn't work, while the common area downstairs doesn't accommodate enough people when the hostel is full. No lockers -- just some broken drawers, which they have no intention of fixing. Musty smell in room. Rooms are up two floors, which is effectively 4 flights of stairs. ”

“ This was a pretty good place. The location wasn't great because it was so far from the city, but it was close to a metro station. We had a double room ensuite for 3 nights. It was really nice. For 2 nights we had a single room, shared bathroom. The room was TINY! A bit cramped for 2 people and stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful ”

“ The first day was difficult to find the place the instruction was not clear, and I got lost... The place is near the metro line 2 (Beixinjing) more accessible to all tourist area of shanghai. The room ( 3rd Floor) was ok for a dorm, aircom was good but messy at the bathroom. Shower drainage was stagnant. Staffs were nice, people who stayed there were friendly, wifi too slow, and I like the KTV at midnight. ”
