We didn't enjoy the BM hostel in Shanghai. Too many Asian students hanging around in the hostel the whole day playing with their laptops and PSP's. Rooms are okay, but the place laks character. The internet is extremely slow and not very reliable!! Hostel serves only one kind of breakfast and the common room is poor! We don't recomment staying in this place. Always a pleasure to stay at. I have stayed at this hostel a few times and whenever I'm in Shanghai this is the place to stay. Right next to the subway station and only a short cabride from the center. Very friendly staff. David, from Sweden ~ 27th Oct 2009

你好!I spent in this hostel a whole week and have no complains or regrets!It's a cute place,with welcoming staff,always very helpful for all sorts of needs you might have.I might be back in Shanghai next year and in that case I'll have no doubts about spending some more time in this hostel.It's located a bit south but just in front of a subway station,so moving to other areas of the city becomes really fangbian!
