Rooms were large, comfortable and had all the facilities required. However the location left a lot to be desired - they say "Sea views and 5 mins. from beach" - this is rubbish. It takes at least 20-25mins. brisk walk to reach Patong beach, and at night time you will pay about 150 bath to get returned back from here to the hotel. Although located on a steep incline, we could not get any view of the beach from where we were. Staff have poor english and although the reception was open late - we called some nights to entend our stay and there was no one available. There is no internet access available in the hotel.

Excellent overall abit of a trek into pathong beach but it was nice to have the diastance and be able to just chill out.
yes we was only there for 2 days but it was a vary nice place the ONLY DOWN SIDE is the its a long ways from the beach and down town if you get a ride its all most 100 bht other then that it was nice

lovely resort, really nice rooms, only problem is the resort is too far from the centre of the town (not walking distance)

Lovely place away from the main central area so it is a lot quiter and has a peaceful feel to it with its very well kept garden and pool area. Getting into town is not a problem with a hired moped or hiring a tuk tuk etc.. Would stay again here and would recommend to others looking for a good value place to stay.

Nice hotel- location is quiet- taxi's are cheap so makes up for the location. Staff really friendly.
