WHOA!When we were looking for this place, it was incredibly sketch.No sign at all.You walk into a low-rent apt building and some guy at front desk can't speak English.Once we were in our room, it was actually very nice.But the look of the building in general was very off-putting. BlueHi is a great cheap place to stay near.It is about 7 KM from the beach, but that's'a quick scooter ride. The owner Joey is extremely friendly and took my friend and I out to amazing places and treated us like kings.The room was a nice size and clean with a balcony overlooking the town.Its funny to read reviews about tourists in asia complaining about shower height. The bed in our room was rock-hard. I MEAN rock-hard. Definitely not the type of bed to jump into after a long, hard day. Quite far from the beach and night market too unless you rent a scooter, because the bus service is quite infrequent. Free bicycles are provided, but cycling is not recommended.
