Bei meinen Reisen durch bisher 65 Staaten auf 5 Kontinenten kann ich mich nicht erinnern, bisher jemals ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis gehabt zu haben. Auch hatte ich nicht nicht so eine gute Zuverlaessigkeit der Mitarbeiter erwartet, die sogar auch meine deutschen Spaesse verstanden haben. Der Slogan ueber dem Eingang "Your Family In Vietnam" ist voellig berechtigt. Das Hotel ist nach meiner sonst sehr kritischen Einschaetzung absolut zu empfehlen. Excellent!

There was no electricity when I arrived so couldn't check in. I was told I would have to wait for 45 mins, but instead was left for 2 hours. When I finally got into my room, it there was no window and very disappointing. Despite that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, our room had a strong smell of mould and no window, making it very dark. You can probably do better for budget accommodation. The location is good, though as they are right in the Old Quarter.

So great hostel, even though, its front office is a little bit old, but no problem at all when I was warmly welcome by 2 part time-job chiness students and 2 other guys, who helped me a lot, such as, raised precausion of pick-pocket in Old Quarter of Hanoi, bring my lagguages to my room and enthusiasticly show me the direction to Hochi Minh museum as well and the most especial was they treat me so honestly, didn’t push me to buy the their tour. However, it was much better if this hostel repaints the room 214 because its ceilling was so old with faided white colour. Generally speaking, price was so reasonable for USD14.00 at Old Quarter in Hanoi.

Bodega hotel was more than what you paid. Though the room is not as good as I thought, Staff are very friendly and I really have fun with them. They even helped me where is the good place to visit, eat, and etc... If you are looking for the place where you would like to meet and communicate with local people, this is your place!

Great location, not too far from the lake and most of the sights. We stayed in the 6 bedroom dorm, and it was fine. Clean, comfortable beds, just an extra heater would be nice in the winter, or extra blankets because it got damn cold. Oh and we couldnt close our door, but that wasnt a problem. We had lockers for our stuff and the staff were really friendly and helpful there. Really great place to stay.

If come back to Ha Noi when definitely I will stay here again, stay here not for its comfortable facilities, so it is friendness of its staff and location as well. Oh souldn't forget to re-paint the room 214 Ok!
