Wow, this place rocks in a quiet and pleasant sort of way. The dorms were clean, the staff professional and the hostel is only two minutes walking distance from the heart of the city. What more could you possibly want.

Kleines aber gemuetlicehs Hostel, das sehr zentral gelegen ist und man dennoch seinen Schlaf bekommt, wenn man mal nicht um die Hauser ziehen moechte. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt ist meine Fazit: Ich wuerde es immer wieder buchen
we liked it very much, staff was amazing, close to everything; only negative thing: a bit loud at night (due to bar). Conclusion: great
Its a nice hostel,with one staff memeber Gabrielle being brilliant and VERY helpful with everything!The kitchen is only open from 7-9pm though so its a bit annoying if you have an early start, it means you have to buy brekki!!

We had a HORRIBLE experience at this hostel. We reserved a 4-bed female dorm and were place in a room with males. When we complained about it we were told that our reservation was actually only a request and that "nothing can be guaranteed." We had a live roach in our room, and when we went to tell the staff they said that "didn't necessarily mean it wasn't clean." The staff was very rude and unhelpful and did not attempt to make any amends for our problems.
