Very charming, beautiful gardens. Rooms excellent size, fridge and air con, extremely clean. Guest rooms are part of the family house. May want to avoid sharing bathroom - other guests extremely messy - no fault of Tony's. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and dining, some shops, ferry and tour booking, short bus ride into town. If organising lift from airport, remind Tony - he forgot us. Made up for it with helpful tips, Dalmatian hospitality.

(1) Room is spacious with good air conditioning. (2) Location is close to the ferry terminal to other cities outside Dubrovnik. That is, should you plan to take ferry to other cities, Bokun is within walking distance of 5-8 minutes. Bus terminal is a bit far away at about 20 minutes.

This guesthouse was conveniently located next to the port, but a bit of a walk from the old walled city. The garden outside the guesthouse was absolutely beautiful - we sat there for a while at one of the tables that are laid out.

Fine room near the Dubrovnik port, which is what we needed. It is not very near to the Old Town though for people who are wanting to walk there. Quite a bit of mold in the shower that had me coughing in the morning.

The house is very nice, in the middle of a beautiful garden full of kiwis, tomatoes, oranges, etc... The owner, Tony is a very nice guy who welcomed us warmly. You should choose this guesthouse if you come to Dubrovnik.

A really cool location in Dubrovnik. The couple that run the place are super helpful and cool. Its pulled back form the street, so don\'t expect a crazy party here, but an awesome place to get a good nights sleep and hang in the A/C rooms
Toni is a great host. The atmosphere is fantastic. The rooms are very nice and clean, the garden is great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. I hope I will go there again.
Our room was great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The large private garden was also a plus. The guesthouse was small, family-run and lovely, and I would gladly stay there again.
