A perfect place to live! Awesome rooms, with own kitchen and own bathroom! Breakfast included! Very nice price for such a great room! It took about 15 min to walk to downtown! Nice places to eat nearby and close to a relaxcenter! I can and will warmly recommend Bolholt Studio Appartment! Robert, from Sweden ~ 31st Oct 2009

We booked one month in advance but once there, we were "upgraded" to a basement in a house nearby. We were told it was better. Assuming that was true, the initial appartment had to be horrible. Our basement was not properly cleaned, the shower sucked, the kitchen was unusable. There was no TV, wifi, or anything electric. Most of the lights didn't work. Beds were ok. Overall, a very disatisfying experience. Not worth more than 10 € x night x person. My advise, pay more or expect the worse. Josep, from Spain ~ 17th Aug 2009

It was funny because when we arrived we had a room reserved but the hostels was full so they sent us to an apartment (for the same price) next to in Brautarholt street(5min walking). At first I found it weird but at the end it was better we where closer to downtown (which was very usefull after Reykjavik party nigth), the laugardalslaug, NASA club and the Kringlan shooping center were re. The staff is really relax, fun and cool. If i come back to Reykjavik defnitly i'll come back here Manuel, from El Salvador ~ 17th Aug 2009

The check-in process was strange, there was not really anyone present. We picked up the keys off the desk, and left them there when we checked out. The rooms were nice, although the showers were a little small. Location was walkable to downtown area, but direct area was not all that exciting. Erika, from Canada ~ 27th Jul 2009
