  • Thank ya for the weekend we stayed in your hostel. Location's great, Shofra the best restaurant in Egypt, just 100 meters away from the hostel. Roof terrace is 'el simpatico' and we liked that we could just call with phone and you gave us great service.Thank you Very much, cya.

  • Great place! You'll definitely enjoy your time here. I will issue a warning, though: the staff doesn't have a standardized method for keeping track of reservations made via hostels.com or hostelworld.com. We had a bit of an issue over cost at the end of our stay because the booking info they received from hostels.com was very vague (didn't say how many people were staying or how many nights). I had to get online, pull up my reservation there, to show him what we owed.

  • Great Staff. Lovely looking place. Clean Showers. Nice and cool A/C. Can use internet throughout the building even in your rooms. Did a tour through them and the guide was funny, and knowledgeable. Just around the corner is a little shop where you can buy snacks and drinks at Egyptian price. Not tourist price. Water is normally 2.50 E and tourist places cost 5 E sometimes more.
