This place was a total dive. I will never reserve a place sight-unseen again. It was dirty, smelly and right on the river, and sweltering hot , with screenless windows that barely opened, so the only way to get air was to also get mucho bugs. I refused to stay here and probably lost my money. I would not suggest that anyone ever stay there and it has dampened my faith in your service. thanks

the receptionstaff in particular weren´t very friendly when we asked them about different things. The staff in the restaurant were much more friendly

Botel is in a lovely quiet location, which is difficult to find in the centre of Prague! However it could do with a refit, if not just a really good clean. The rooms and facilities were tired and the beds extremely uncomfortable. A shame because everything else was so good. Beware, prices on board are high compare with local bars.

The botel is a little out of town but tram 17 runs just a block up the street. It isn't fancy but its comfortable and clean.
We're pretty sure the security guy stalked us, but I guess it's nice that they have security people. What can I say, It's a boat that's a hotel, a Botel, one might even say. The bar is funny, though not extremely cheap as other reviews have mentioned.

good, tram 17 into town 10 mins. good value/breakfast/iron facilites. book early if poss as it fills up.
