Linen was included, but no towels, i missed that. Had to go out the first evening and buy some. The bed needed an extra matress, i felt the feathers and didn´t sleep very well.

A good place to stay with good price. It provides breakfast and dinner for everyone. So great as in such expensive City. 5 minus walk to the nearby Tube station and small scale supermarkets. Just the bed not confortable enough..
Surprisingly pleasant stay for a good price. Charming, helpful staff, decent rooms, clean, close to the tube. I'd happily stay here again.

Showers and toilets were awful. Not well kept. Bed was not comfortable, no padding on springs! And first time ever in a hostel with no towel supplied. I constantly travel but never take a towel so was very disappointed not to enjoy a shower.

I saw a guest complaing about bed bugs at the reception and I didn't care. But I ended up in having 3,4 bites. My roommate (2 single beds in a large room, a good deal indeed) was staying longtime and did'nt seem worried by the bugs.

I checked in around midnight because of the flight.(I asked my friend to mentioned it).Then,the staff at night tooks long time to do so,and like looking down on me or more.That was one of the worst experience of the hotel in the world for me.But except for it,very good.
Excellent value with a cooked breakfast. Beds were uncomfortable, and shower dirty. Reception staff were great, but canteen staff not too helfpul or polite. If the beds are improved I will certainly stay again.
Good location close to transport and restaurants.
