no power to hotel for 2 days with tropical storm, no water - we managed to make due but the manager was a total d&ck and was rude when we expressed our dissatisfaction with situation - the rest of the staff were tremendous though and made up for this tool Sandra, from New Zealand ~ 5th Jan 2009
