This hostel does not exist--where I stayed was next door and supposedly run by the same owner. Despite frequent requests on my part to speak to a manager I was never allowed to. They did not collect me from the airport as advertised because the email address given on their hostelworld page is not in use. There is mould on the walls, the bathrooms have been 'renovated' but the smell of damp is still overpowering. The karaoke bar downstairs is loud and the curtains are too flimsy to keep out any light. The staff is unhelpful and became agressive when I complained. They tried to overcharge me also----do not book here or stay here.

Impression: 1/ No body show up to pick up at the airport 2/ Staffs very pushy of the local trip 3/ Pushy about other higher prices rooms 4/ Lazy staffs + attitude overall, for a dollar or two differences you could get a so much pleasent experience out there !

First I got a room beside the rezeption and the breakfast area. The room was without windows, where otherwise the personnel of the night duty sleeps itself. The room smelled dreadfully. Each noise was to be heard from the rezeption to. The entrance was to be imposed transparent and only with a curtain. The toilet from the stuffs and the simultaneous washing-up area were not separate from my room. A room change at the same price was not offered to me. It took 12 days, until a room change was accepted against a surcharge of 2 dollar for each night. A reservation I can really only advise this Hostels against.

a fantastic place to stay...such good value for money and the staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful. the only down side is the location as it is at the very top of the old quarter so about a 15 minute walk from where you want to be! but that is easily solved with a quick motorbike ride...

It is nice hotel with frienly staff.I booked the tour to SAPA, and HALONG Bay with hotel,it was perfect,very good service and good price.
The property was very nice to stay in, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly all the time. They had free internet and breakfast was included with the rooms. Good place to stay.
the place was nice enough, but the staff was rude, and very pushy. they also would not honor my deposit which i made through your service. they also over charged me on my laudry. i would not recomend this place to anyone and would ask that you consider taking them off your site. i believe you offer a good service and unfortunately my first experience with it was not a good one. i would use it again but only out of necesssity.
all staffs are very friendly and helpfull.
