Buena Vista is brand new and absolutely outstanding. The price is amazing for a private room and bath. I was here for a couple days before going to Colca Canyon, was supposed to stay in Colca Canyon for a week and thought better of it and returned yesterday for a week to explore the area more fully and to put in some quality work time as I am on a work/play holiday and this is just the place to do it. The facility is quiet, has free wifi in your room which is excellent for me, provides a continental breakfast and for only a few soles can purchase eggs, sandwiches, snacks. As it is so excellent and inexpensive am trying to find a way to spend further time here to use as a residence for about a month. The owner has been quite outstanding in his efforts to assist with any of my needs. I highly recommend this hostal to anyone who is traveling in the area.
