This hostel is one of the best hostels I've stayed in, clean, friendly and great location! Would highly reccommend it. Only suggestion is that a toilet be put near the kitchen/lounge and a door be put up between the kitchen and lounge because you can't hear the TV for the noise in the kitchen. Apart from that- a great hostel.

Staff was very helpful! When our camper's battery died they helped to jump it and make sure we were on our way! Enjoyed our stay!

The view is amazing, the staff are very helpfull and the location is ideal if you want to be a stone's through from all the action in Queenstown but don't necessarily want to be staying above a loud bar. The only downside is the heating could be better. Otherwise highly recommended.

Queenstown is really fun and Bumbles was a great place to stay. Great view of the lake from most rooms and good kitchen and common area

Rooms were cold- needed to wear thermals, scarf, jumper and take a hot water bottle to bed with me! Met some great people and our room had a spectacular view. Staff at front desk were helpful in booking activities. As a female, was put in a room with 5 guys for the full length of my stay. They were all great people but I found it a little odd that the hostel would do this.

An okay place to stay - but it is a horrible design - the kitchen is only accessable through one door - meaning you have to go outside and up a little hill to get there no matter which room you stayed in. We had to go outside to use a common washroom as well - which was not cool. It was a "no-frills" place for sure! On the bright side the view was incredible and they had movies to watch in the common area which was really awesome. Minutes away from downtown - so the location was good.
Nice location, plenty of space. A little chilly at night, but we had a good time there and met some really nice English people there!
