- “ The place is in alley and big car could not turn around. The loc was very bad. The place was not in a good shape. AC was not working and we changed property after 1st night. I see people were cheater and argueing a lot. The bathroom had worms crowling and was not clean. Bathroom doors had no lock or handle and could not close the door. The facility was rundown. BF was ok but we left with total bad experience. Out of 3 rooms, only 1 rm had little AC worked. 2 rooms were no AC and 40 degree temp. ”

- “ It's been said a million times already, but I would like to reiterate that Mr.Bun Kao is a wonderful man! He, including the rest of the staff, made me feel like home at their wonderful guesthouse, so I decided to prolong my stay in Siem Reap for a few days. All in all, I had a great time there, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hostel in a city of many temples. ”

- “ Mr Kao offered to give us a discount when there were problems due to Siem Reap brownouts and we booked extra day though its only 8 hours before our flight. He catered to every need of his guest and even checked how we were doing tru our tuktuk driver, the wonderful Mr, Dee. Mr.Dee had free bottled water for us, bought for us free snacks and brought us to the night market of locals which was a very humbling experience. A place can only be truly awesome because of its people like Mr Kao & Mr. Dee. ”

- “ Mr. Bun Kao with his family are very welcoming! Once you enter their guesthouse, you will see their very sincere smiles. Mr. Bun Kao helped us a lot when we had a hard time contacting our hostel in Phnom Penh, he tried his best to assist us dialing the phone number. He with his family, his staff (Viesna) as well as his tuk-tuk drivers (Mr. Chun and Mr. Dee) are very friendly and helpfu. They will really help you no matter what... and that's not very common nowadays. ”
