I have never seen so many beds jammed into one room, and the internet is pretty pricey, but good location, and generally nice for the price (ie Romanian price- so comparitively expensive!)

The room had a weird moldy stink. It appears the ikea shower was never installed properly and chonic water leakage is to blame.

Very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. It is centrally located and slightly cheaper than the other guest houses in the town.

they upgraded us to a room with our own bathroom which was nice it had a tv too, the resturant part of it was crap and the worst service i have ever had in our whole time travelling, and they should shut the door to the kitchen watching people plate food while licking their fingers is really off-putting

The staff at this hostel were horrendous; terribly rude, and unhelpful. hostel was fantastically located right in the citadel, the only one up in the old core. the restaurant and lounge with intenet closed early, at 10, and the computers were blurry, kept crashing, and pay by the minute. the room was quite nice, clean and quiet, situated in a side room from the main hostel so we had our own private entrance to a two-bed room. the beds were comfortable and linens and towels provided, although the pillows were pretty bad. overall, the location was super, and the room more than adeqate, but the staff and computers were so awful they put a damper on our stay here.

The wifi was nice but went out in the rooms quite a bit, the location couldn't be better, the staff at the counter was pretty poor. They seemed a bit unenthusiastic but were fairly helpful, but only when you prodded them. We were overcharged because the 10% wasn\'t taken off of the total that we had to pay... that's the only place that's done that so far this trip. The managers seemed really nice though and were a bright spot.

Fantastic location could not have been better!!!! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, the Romanian wine on offer here is the best! and the food really good...
