The hostel is in a great location and is full of character. If going agian i would get a private bathroom since the shared ones are liable to flooding. Remember and take mosquito repellent! Great location near an amazing icecream shop! Liz, from Scotland ~ 6th Oct 2009

This was a great place to stay if you want something reasonably priced in Venice. It’s in a great location and the rooms are large and well furnished. Breakfast was a little under par and they over booked the hostel when we were there which made us have to move from one room to another. That was really annoying. Hilary, from USA ~ 13th Oct 2009

The rooms are quite nice for couples. Although in groups of 3 or more, it can be very uncomfortable. Do not take any room in the first floor for the toilette is shared, although they don't actually have more than 2 rooms in the second floor. The breakfast isn't very pleasant. Worst of all, the staff attitude is incredulously unpleasant. The security is not sad but there seems to be a pricetag on everything you need, the price for an Air Conditioner (remote) night is 10euros. You can hardly ask t Hieu, from Vietnam ~ 13th Sep 2009
