- “ This was almost the perfect hostel . . . almost. The location was near a market, several good restaurants, and a water taxi stop. Staff (Sevag) was great. Security excellent. However, the room was FREEZING. It was so cold, I thought the heat was off. The temperature outside was about 2C, and it wasn't much warmer inside. If you stay, and I still recommend you should, visit in summer or ask for a room other than no. 5. Besides a frigid night, this hostel was excellent. ”

- “ very clean and staff very accommodating and friendly. I did not like bathroom on different floor than room. Breakfast items were varied which was good. I think overall for the price it was very good value for Venice. ”

- “ Although initially hard to find, Ca' Della Pieta' was a wonderful experience. Being taken care of by Alex, the owner, was like staying with a friend in Venice. He was so helpful in giving us advice and routes around the city as well as completely willing to help out when we needed it. The room was very simple but we didn't need much because we were too busy out in the city but the facilities came with free wifi, free breakfast, free amenities and a map of the city. It was a wonderful experience. ”
