Everyone was in good spirits. Busy hostel but wouldn't realize it, well kept. Clean kitchen. Cute gray cat also hangs around the place. $4 load of clothes. 10 minute walk to Shield St. Dinner at the Woolshed was pretty good--recommend the Chicken Burrito for best taste and size (costs only 7$ with voucher hostel gives you). Not a party hostel. Definitely recommend staying here, had an awesome time.

Extremely helpful staff who were available nearly all hours. Also brilliant if you wanted to actually get some sleep. Good communal areas. Nice people. Easy to get into town, but a 20 minute walk. Overall, an excellent hostel.

i taught this was a horrible hostel and didnt enjoy my say here . it was very remote ... the reception closed during the day when you needed it , everything completly shut down at half 10 & lights off ?? didnt like it - wudnt reccomend it ! the only good thing about it was the man at the desk was very helpful with day trips and tours. also rooms were very smaall with only a small fan which didnt realy work .

the hostel is about a ten minute walk from the main centre, so nice and quiet if thats what you like. The staff are freindly and can help you book trips, kitchen could be a bit cleaner, and fridge is a bit of a jubled mess, but overall ok. Not the best hostel to stay in if you want to party every night, but good if you want to relax and do your own thing.

Great homely feel to the whole place, and only a stones through to the shopping centre.
