- “ We were a bit disappointed salem did not come to collect us from the airport with his car, but the taxi pick up service worked very well. The hostel and the family give you a a homely and welcome feeling. They organised all our trips through Egypt the way we liked it. They looked after us very well. We enjoyed our time here. It was a pleasure and a treasure! ”

- “ Hostel was fine, especially for location and the price you pay. Breakfast was good. Free internet. Wouldn't recommend the tours, unless all you want is a driver who speaks little English. Especially avoid the city tour as it would be a lot cheaper to just get one of the many many taxis in Cairo from place to place. ”

- “ Cairo Stars is a top notch Hostel and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to visit cairo to stay there. The hostel itself is very clean, with good sized rooms which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff set up trips for our group of 5 people to Memphis, Saqqara, Giza, the Museum, a Night Dinner Cruise on the Nile and our day trip to Alexandria which included a top notch driver.
