  • The campsite looks nothing like the pictures that are advertised. There was no market. The bathroom was horrendous. The showers did not work well, many were broken, and all of them were dirty, as were the toilets. The bar was the only area with WiFi or plug-in points for your electronics, but the tables were broken, there wasn't much space to sit. Bar played loud music well into the night, meaning no sleep. At reception, we rented towels and never got them. Instead we were given extra linens.

  • The WiFi coverage was not complete throughout the property. This was a negative concerning communicating.

  • The location loses points for being on the other side of the river but gains points for the view. The staff were always helpful and kind. Lock on our tent worked, so security seemed good (plus who would hike up a mountain to steal a backpack full of clothes). It's about as clean as you'd expect a campsite to be, gained points for cleanliness in the bed-area, lost points for bathrooms. They weren't TERRIBLE but I didn't shower because it seemed kinda gross. Would recommend though!

  • The person who is at the reception in the afternoon is very lazy, he doesn't want to help the people in anything.

  • It was a fun experience to stay in a half-cabin/half-tent, but it was a bit too uncomfortable for my taste. Tents were damp and not super clean. Showers were dirty and only had cold water. Staff was not very friendly. But it was okay for a couple of nights and if you're on a budget!

  • Nice view but dirtily, cold water and a lot of insects. However the cheapest option for accommodation in Florence.
