The hostel is run by a nice Indian family. They were very helpful and forthcoming. The rooms and the toilets are quite poky but they keep them fairly clean. I haven't noticed any common areas, so you can't really socialise in there, but everywhere else around it is very busy so you won't miss out on fun. Aleksandra from Serbia

This hostel should advertise that their hot water is ridiculously limited and that they will do absolutely nothing more for you than check you in. No maps, no introduction, no resources, zero. The 'manager' couldn't fake a smile for Mother Theresa.

Good value for money, good location just 1 min away from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, tiny rooms but clean. Main drawback is probably the crowd at street level around Chunking Mansion, always trying to sell you fake watches or suits or ...

The hostel was one of the best i've ever stayed in, it was more like a hotel. The rooms were very clean and the location of the place was central to everything.

It's a pretty decent hostel when you consider the lack of space in HK. Nevertheless, I think that having the shower literally next to the toilet is disgusting and I don't think it would kill the guy that runs the place to be a little nicer. Also, Chungking Mansions (where there are a lot of hostels and guesthouses) is very dirty and smelly, and prepare to be aggressively harassed in and nearby this place by people asking you to buy handbags, suits, watches, etc. Roman, from USA ~ 12th Nov 2011

Positive: - Friendly staff (unfortunately hardly English speaking) - Flatscreen TV - Telephone (only for local calls) Negative for room no. 2 (double room): - tiniest room (approx. 5 sqm) - mold in the tiny bathroom (approx. 1 sqm) - FAR TOO expensive Carina, from Germany ~ 2nd Oct 2011

Small but clean rooms in this tiny hostel right in the heart of Kowloon. Staff is helpful and let you use their computer or wifi. Pim, from Netherlands ~ 27th Aug 2011
