Staff do not know much about easy stuff that travelers need to know. Like when you want details on how to go to the airport, the answer is: \\\"You have all the details on the Internet.\\\" Well thanks...

This hostel is reasonably well located, not too far from a train station and Central Park, but the rooms are very expensive for what you get, which is a bed and a TV on a small table. The shared bathrooms were pretty gross on 2 out of the 6 nights we were there. There is a security guard in the lobby, but no checks on entry etc, and the door locks aren\'t great. Overall, we wouldn\' stay here again. Pay a little bit more and enjoy your holiday a lot more.

The hostel was exactly what I wanted for my trip: a place to shower and sleep. Our room was clean and we had working A/C, and the bathroom was pretty clean as well. It is in a good neighborhood, so I felt safe coming back to the hostel at all times of the day. The wi-fi was down for most of my stay, but I was more upset by the staff's reaction to our questions--they just did not care about it. The staff overall was rude, but they did let us see the room before we paid. Overall, worth the money and location.

The adress is something like just the back door to the hostel and we were a bit afraid when we arrived and had to walk a strange way... The room was clean (beside the mouse) but the heater wasn`t working and there were to little bathrooms... The stuff was ok but they were playing loud techno music all day and night. The Internet was to cheap...

The place stank literally. my room was miserable, small, and the bed very uncomfortable. I cut my stay short because the place made me miserable.

We stayed in a room for two people. Positive: Really well accessible by subway of NY, and room is clean. Staff is friendly. Negative: NO CREDIT CARDS accepted. Bedroom was very small. Rather small bed to fit 2 people into it. Two bags could be laid on the floor, then the room was full (no other furniture).
