Cannon Street Backpackers in Adelaide, Australia

The place was in a quiter part of town, but still close enough to the city center. While the office is open anyone can walk in and out of the area where the rooms are. Erin, from USA ~ 17th Aug 2009

I was amazed at the lack of simple essentials provided, such as cups/glasses (there were 6-8 drinking vessels in each of the 2 kitchens. People were waiting to use a cup/glass at breakfast) and bed linen (I was required to sleep on a bare mattress with just a top sheet and a pillow with no pillowcase). Breakfast was toast. Showers were very small with no dry area to hang clothes, towel, etc. I travel a lot, all over the world, and this hostel could be really good with a few very simple, not Kathryn, from Australia ~ 31st Jan 2009
