More friendly and less impersonal than I had expected. Quite secure for women (though not so much for big bags). Fun for a short stay.

This is a good experience although I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night. Also, it's not for the light sleepers out there!

I loved to stay there for a night. It's something you must absolutely try if travelling in Japan. Don't know if it's boring after a few days but for sure it's been a great and funny experience!

The lockers are too small to fit luggage. The staff therefore places the luggage in the lobby making a mess.
I extended my stay here because of it's location. It's only two stops up from Tokyo station and a few blocks up from the akihabara stop which takes you all the way across town if you need very easily! Staff was helpful. The only thing I don't like is that the luggage is kept on the first floor while you sleep on the 3rd-10th. It makes changing a hassle, though they do provide lockers (key too) where I kept my next day's clothing... This place is unique so I would recommend trying it for at least a night.

I have mixed feelings about this hostel. The lockout from 10AM-5PM prevented a lot of easy resting and saving money in the expensive city. The capsules were very comfortable, but due to their design a lot of people were noisy during the night, and it could be hard to fall asleep at times. The bathing facilities for men are very clean. Overall, the hostel didn't have much to offer in terms of food (RE: any at all). Although it provided shampoo, soap and toothbrushes and towels, it becomes costly to stay at this location because of its lack of food.
great experience.

this place isnt for travelers or backpackers....the lockers only fit an average sized school back pack.bigger packs or siutcases are chained to the stair case in the main lobby...this place isnt like a hostel...its mostly for one nighters for japanese buisness men..you have to leave your capsule from 10 am till 5pm ,every night you have to recheck in...if you forget something you either have take the elevator to another level where your locker is.or travel down stairs to the stair case in the front lobby.it was alot of inconveniences.it was also more exspenive then most hostels..it was 4000 yen... i wouldnt recomend for the average backpacker....
