Captain Youth Hostel (Fuzhou Road. The Bund) in Phuket Thalang, China

This hostel is very close to many of the tourist sites around The Bund. However, the hostel isvery old, dirty, and unorganize. The staff is also very rude and unprofessional. When I checked in at 3PM one afternoon, they told me that I must come back later at 5PM because they are still cleaning the rooms. However, the next staff then walked up to me and said that it is okay to check in at the moment.
