Captain Youth Hostel (YanAn Rd. The Bund) in Phuket Thalang, China

I would not recommend this hostel at all.Not only do most of the rooms not have windows, the bar upstairs plays thumping techno which can be heard from the room. Also, it is mainly set up for national as opposed to international tourists.The staff are unfriendly and not at all helpful.It may have been nice when it was new, but now it is run down.There are plenty of other cheaper (& way better hostels), like Ming Town International Youth Hostel - much more friendly and homely atmosphere.
