No one ever there except at PM and there was not heat. We were miserably cold. Couldn;t shower in AM .. room was too cold. Paid way too much for the misery
Dear guest There is a 24 hour reception at the establishment In the unlikely event that staff is unable to attend to reception during the daytime (when all guests are out anyway sightseeing), there is a number available to ring for any information etc if a guest is on the premises and the guest may require assistance. This number is displayed in reception and you can not miss it. If the reception was occupied at PM as you say, then why was the staff not asked for extra heat tp be provided because you were cold? We have electric heaters, blankets etc for any such event, outwith the central; heating system.
