“ directions given on the Hostels website were confusing. No essential information on arrival was given eg how to lock our bedroom door, he said it doesn't lock only the main gate locks,where to get a meal he said everything was shut & he didn't know how to order take away,I was told that there was no luggage storage facility, he did not tell us the breakfast arrangement. the next day when I discovered that there was a luggage store room I paid the fee but they left it unlocked all day. ”
