It was nice to be just a little off the beaten path, just because Venice can be so touristy. There were some great shops, restaurants and a gelato shop very close by. Great staff, felt very secure, and the room was very clean. It got a little noisy sometimes at night being right on the canal. Merit, from USA ~ 20th Mar 2011
