Really lovely place to stay. Not in Sorrento itself, but only a 10 minute easy walk away and thus quite a bit cheaper. You stay in Susy\'s own apartment, our room was ensuite with a lovely view of the surrounding hills. Susy is very warm and welcoming and friendly and does a fab breakfast!

Casa Suzy would at been fine except the owners live in the same apartment and stay in rooms right next to yours. This is not so bad but the loud conversations that the owners had that could be heard throughout the entire place and the unexpected wake up due to yelling at midnight made our stay not so pleasant. However, it was clean and we had our own bathroom.

Firstly the address was wrong and we cound't find the place, then once we found the rough location it was poorly signed and once got there it was shocking. It was a little alley way and then a block of flats. I went up the stairs and there was no signing for the place - just strangers - who lived in the same building - then when I knocked on the door no-one answered. We walked away and did not stay. We were very dissapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not reccommdend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

Very expensive for what it is. They don\'t tell you that the air conditioning is ten euro extra. The advertised breakfast which they told us they\'d \"cook\" was burnt toast, bread, biscuits and spreads with juice/tea/coffee. Staff superficially friendly, however if you need something, they suddenly have limited English. Family also noisy at night. The room was full of ants, especially the shower. However, the little critters provided much needed entertainment. The sink was blocked with vomit. The recommended beach had no sand and all the other ones in the area charged a cover fee. That said, there was a nice view from the room\'s balcony, and there are lots of lemon trees around.

Very nice guest house! It is more like staying at friends house and I enjoyed this friendly atmosphere. Location is maybe not perfect (20 minutes walk from centre of Sorrento) but is near to the train station and buses. Also our room was with fab view!!! Good place to stay!

Susy and her family were exceptional in their welcome and overall hospitality. While at first thrown by not in the centre of Sorrento, the quaint town of San Agnelo was a mere ten minute walk away (don't fall for the 20 euro taxi ride from Sorrento!) and was away from the English bars and bustle of Sorrento. An unforgettable stay and a must!

The family was very nice and the room was large, with a balcony, but the location was not good. For a few more euros you could stay about 2 blocks away from the center of town instead of the 15-20 minute walk we had to take.

The location is perfect for young people on a budget. The walk to the ferry for Capri was about 25 min and lovely (city center is about 15-20 min away). The staff was very friendly and laid back. We checked out about 10:30 and had a nice simple breakfast and cappicino made by susy herself!
Casa Susy was literally Susy's house...it was so much fun because it was just like living with a authentic Italian host family. We got to relax and chat with them. We walked to Sorrento's center in about 20min and enjoyed the walking. It was a really cute place with a balcony & a view. We loved it (to relax for a few days). They didn't speak great English, but their children do and they're around & are helpful.
We were a little worried when we first arrived at Casa Susy. We didnt realize that we would literally be staying in this woman's house (it was basically a spare bedroom) but it turned out to be the favorite place we stayed in our entire 6 month trip. Susy is so cute and nice and her children who speak much better English than she did were so incredibly helpful. Anything we needed they made it happen. The breakfast was also very good (fabulous cappichino-best I had in Italy) If you are looking for a place to stay look no further-its awesome!
