Cashel Hostel in Uvita, Ireland

Petrina, the person who runs the hostel is extremely helpful.Thanks to her, the hostels' living quarters and public areas are kept tidy and clean.The hostels is very conveniently located: 5 minutes away from the famous castle and only 2 minutes away from the main street full of restaurants and shops. The hostel is located in Cashel's city center (Cashel is very small and more or less everything is in the city center). The lady at the reception was very friendly. We booked a 2 bed room and got a 4 bed room. Rather a disadvantage, because of the bunk beds. There was no electrical plug in the room (!!). Sometimes it was hard to get hot water. Everything is rather old. Nevertheless the price of 23€ per night per person in a 2 bed room was ok and we enjoyed staying in Cashel. Markus, from Germany ~ 25th Apr 2012
