Castañuela is administered by Moni, a very pleasant spanish woman. The flats are distibuted over some houses of Albazyn. We had a double bed room with shared bath. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was equipped quite fine. However the rooms were of course very simple and you had to shower standing on the floor next to toilet which was not that comfortable.
