Cat Ba Fantasea and Queen Hotel in Celje, Vietnam

We truly appreciate the flasks of hot water from the reception every day. The location of the hotel begs improvement, as our room was less than 1 metre to an adjacent upcoming hotel(i surmise) building. There was little privacy to speak of when using the bathroom due to the semi-opaque bathroom window. Someone even shone torchlight in!
