The hostel essentially stole 20 Euro from me during my stay. I went to pay for the deposit for the key (10 Euro) with a 20 Euro bill. The desk attendant took the money from me but then later said that I had never paid. He obviously assumed I did not speak Spanish because he then proceeded to call me and my friends liars right in front of us to another worker there. I paid the 20 Euro, and even went as far as going to the upper management, and was told that they would do nothing to repair the William, from USA ~ 6th Oct 2009

A member of our group was basically robbed of 20 euros because of the inattentiveness and inability of the receptionist to do his job. Do not come in groups of more than 1 or else they won't know what to do. It can't be that hard to keep track of how to make change for a security deposit. He then forgot to inform the next day's workers of his idiocy, and they wouldn't believe his story and thought he must have STOLEN the key. Jonathan, from USA ~ 5th Oct 2009

Its very basic, but the staff are friendly and you get what you pay for...its cheap and does what it says on the tin really!! The beds are really noisy especially if your underneath! No sheets so provide your own or rent them from reception. Amazing location, good value. Katie, from England ~ 18th Apr 2009

I arrived late THursday night, my immediate impression was no waaay am I staying here!! It was dirty, looked unsafe, was in an unsafe area. I spent 40 euros for one night for a hostel down the road, which was acceptable, but I still didn't like the area. I changed the following night to Mediterranean hostel, which I was very happy with.
