enjoyed our stay. The only concern is the noise from the nightclub (which is not your fault) and the thoughtless room mates. perhaps a notice could be put up somewhere in the room reminding guests to be considerate of others when they come in late at night.

A bit noisy due to the heavy traffic on the main road. Apart from that, it's a nice place to have a rest.

This hostel is a great deal in Oxford, only a few minutes walk from the train station or the heart of town. They have free internet, satellite tv and a great selection of games for those rainy Oxford days. Kitchen is free to use and toilets/showers are good.

Staff was very friendly, and the place was very clean. Internet was free and they had a great outside lounge and indoor tv room. If you ever go to Oxford this is the place to stay!

We spent a week in London and made a 1-day/1-night trip to Oxford, and chose CB as our hostel of choice... no regrets. Free Internet (although both computers did have problems), clean rooms, and a very friendly staff. The fire alarm went off after the pub next door flooded, but besides that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Good location in central Oxford. Within walking distance of the train and bus stations. Very clean and well kept. Nothing extraordinary about it, but overall, it's a fine, fairly standard hostel and we'd stay there again.
