Central Hostel Bucharest in Vienna, Romania

There was only one other guest staying when I was there, which suited me as I needed a couple of quiet nights after staying in busy hostels.  Location is not great, but there are trams close-by and taxis are cheap.  Excellent kitchen facilities. Very basic bread and jam breakfast, but good coffee. The staff were helpful enough, albeit not overly friendly.
