The location is amazing. If you dont have very long in London, deffinelty stay here, because you are withing walking distance of down town london, and the hostel is nice. The staff aren't always exited to help, and you have to pay for internet and to store your bags after you check out, but other than that it is really nice.

When I went for breakfast in the morning I found plasic bowls that looked liked they should have been thrown out. The staff were also very rude to me too. On one occassion a lady who was cleaning told me to get out when I was watching tv and another refused to refund my money when I told her that I had found alternative accommodation elsewhere.

For the price you pay I think it is a great deal. If you are looking for luxury then dont go here but if you are on a budget and you want somewhere to stay in London in a great location (in Zone 1) definately. The beds might be a little squeaky and the staircase narrow but i can look passed that. The staff are pretty unenthusiastic about everything and they probably wouldn\'t crack a smile at the best comedians but would I go back - Yes

Being forced to change rooms at 12am (without notice) wasn't appreciated, the hostel could do with some upgrades and general maintenance (especially the beds). If you've stayed in London before and know what you're possibly going to get yourself in for then stay here, if not.. look elsewhere.

We were quite unhappy about many things which don't work, such as windows in the bedrooms which we can't close properly, lights which are not working in the toilets and aren't replaced, showers which are destroyed and never repaired. The hostel needs renovating a lot because the place is much too "old".
