Staff are friendly but main problem you must pay in advance or every day rather than upon check out...if you have urgent emergency like waiting for a student payment or a money transfer they will not let you wait even a couple of days and pay later. Single rooms have no windows but ladies dorm has.Very crowded and cramped. People are checking in and out all times of day and night so very annoying when someone suddenly checks into dorm at 1 or 2 am. Location is very convenient but near a massage

Hi. This isvery funny. Where in the world you can pay room bill when checking out. you pay like after 2 or 3 days and we accommodate you always. You lwft all your dirty luggage in the room and left without telling us. we have to pack all your things. we were concern about you and called you often to check you are ok.n now you make such a remark on us. u are the first to make such comment. Thank you.

One word for this hostel WORST the worst hostel I ever stayed the worst service I ever got you will meet 2 two hostel staff when you check in one staff is mixed Chinese and malay, and another one is mixed Indian and Malay. I booked 4 male dorm but I got 2 male dorm, but the worst is my roommate is not the guest but one of the hostel staff. There is no locker in the dorm, when I want to heading out I ask the staff : “is it ok to put my laptop in my room when I’m heading out?” and then

hello my friend, you are the first to say bad things about us. first of all mind your language. you are a indonesian and you dont behave like an european. you booked a 4 bed dorm and we gave you 2 bed dorm. you should appreciate that you dont have to smell all the shits from other guess. secondly you said about the computer which i guess is a joke maybe, but yet my staff should not have said that, thirdly the AC, you can bring the tempreture down if you need to, the remote is there in the room. You said the staff take a pee, what you mean, i cant understand. my advice to you next time book a room and not dorm.

The best thing about my short stay here was the friendliness and especially flexibility of the staff.I arrived in KL on an early morning flight, and I was too sleepy to have a coherent discussion with the front desk clerk (manager?).Eventually, he suggested that I sleep for a few hours and then discuss my exact plans with him.The upshot is that I paid only for the full day I stayed there and not for the several hours of sleep (no pro-rated payment necessary).This is the main reason I rate the ch Jonathan, from USA ~ 12th Jul 2011
