- “ Wonderful sounds of the jungle with a lot of birds. Great local food breakfasts by the manager's wife. Some road noise, so specify that you want one of the back cabins. ”

- “ This was a very quaint place to stay. I stayed in a private room (cabin) with a friend. The ceiling fan was enough to keep us cool at night and we enjoyed the pool and the views/surrounding area. ”

- “ I can recommend this hostel, if you have your own car. Breakfast is not included and the breakfast is average, and we cannot recommend the breakfast. ”

“ Sadly we did not have the best experience here. The place was far from town and did not have a kitchen, forcing you to either buy the wife's dishes or walk a few km into town to eat. The man who ran the place told us the wrong bus times. The wifi turned off at 9 every night and the fan in the room did not work. Kind of a bummer. Plus a few of the pictures on this page are not of this hostel. ”
For prospective clients, please read more carefully our location, services, transportation and food, this way won't have bad performances. Thank you.

- “ Miguel and his family are very warming people. Their hostel is awesome. It is really at the base of the volcano. Stay here and get a tico family eye of Costa Rica. His daughter is a bright and energetic girl, she is fun to play basketball with and explore the grounds. Can't wait to go back! ”
