Very uncomfortable beds - Room was painted a bizarre neon green-walls and ceiling. Light fixture is a wire hanging out of the ceiling with energy efficient bulb. I think they took "Going Green" to heart. A single poster hung above the bed of a Buddha floating in space with several giant Jellyfish... We were sad that we forgot to pack our LSD...

This place could use a good cleaning. The floors in the room we're pretty dirty. The building is very secure -- a little too secure for my taste. The front door is always locked and you can not enter or leave w/o the front desk attendant opening the door. The attendants always unlocked the door quickly but it still feels a little strange to be locked into a hostel.

great location- few blocks from the bus station & right infront of palapas parque (great local vibe) and very very safe. the entrance is locked 24/7. the rooms were clean for hostel standards. only down side was the water didn´t get very warm in the showers. other than that i´d recommend this joint. very chilax.

We were disappointed by our room. It was interior and the only window looked out into the hallway. Also it was located next to the hall restroom, so the room smelled of urine. You could feel the springs poking through mattress on the bed and the 'included breakfast' was coffee and toast (and there was no bread for the toast).

Was an extremely interesting facility with friendly staff and someone on the door 24/7 so no curfew was nice. The rooftop view over the park = AMAZING!! all the kids playing in their little cars till the wee hours of the morning. Not to mention Don Javier Quesidilla was just by the church and made some of the best empanadas I have ever had!! Most certain I would return to this hostel there were so many different cultures and new friendly people!

Just be aware that your room sits DIRECTLY on top of the disco and the music doesn't stop until around 3:30AM. If you're looking to party, you've found your place. If you're needing a little shut eye, try somewhere else. The park next door had everything one could need, including the perfect place to people watch. The hostel was rustic and a little old, but clean. The showering situation didn't leave much room for privacy (co-ed bathroom with see-through doors). Finally the internet is onl

A cool hostel right in the heart of downtown Cancun. There´s a bar and restaurant at the hostel, however a little pricey, there were far cheaper options for drinks nearby. Staff were helpful and having a wash ´n dry laundry facility available was a bonus. Dorms were clean and spacious and good bathroom facilities. The rooftop terrace also boasts some great views and there are plenty of nearby street vendors for good and cheap local food and drink.

I highly recommend staying here, close to everything and lots to do in the town square across the street. Fabulous food at the local vendors. I am fussy about my surroundings and I give this place a true A+++, and I will return.
