This is fine to stay the night, but the bathrooms weren\'t cleaned and falling apart, I wouldn\'t put food anywhere near the kitchen, but the room was ok. The bar down stairs was great fun, great drinks and great staff. This makes up for the rest of the hostel.

Not as loud as I thought it would be. Close to the bus station and very helpful staff. Restaurant is pricey so head for the food stalls close by in the park

This hostel was a good place to stay for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. It was located in a good location downtown, but you definetly cannot walk to the beach. You can take a bus there for 6 pesos if you want. It's walking distance from the bus station.

This hostel kind of felt like a rip off to me. First the owner? collects your money downstairs in his little clean office and sends you on up to the hostel. The stairs going up are a hazard and then at the top...there is no common area, no regional information, no one to help you out. well, there is the rooftop "common area" that has buckets of cement and work stuff all around and no rail. one table. there is a good bar and decent internet downstairs that seems to have some kind of affiliation with the hostel, this was never explained. The womans dorm was adequate, But the bathrooms where VERY DIRTY, used towels on the floor the whole time I was there and they are in the middle of this dark maze of rooms, so they had no ventalation and are right next to the dark kitchen. the whole thing felt as if someone threw it together to make some money of off travelers. I travel frequently and stay predominatly at hostels and this was by far the worse one i have ever stayed at.

Acceptable for $10/night max, not acceptable at higher prices, especially private rooms

we found the kitchen and common areas too small to gather, which leads to not much atmosphere. the staff was very inflexible to give us breakfast earlier than 8, so we ended up not having free breakfast.

Staff was pretty friendly. The place is right next to a nightclub, so it's pretty loud at night. Other than that, the price was very good and located next to the bus station, lots of places to eat and a little park.
