- “ While I was turned off by look of the check-in desk (it was dirty and seemed unkempt) the staff were excellent all the way. Any little thing I needed or asked for they helped me with right away. Last minute I had to cancel our first night and they were cool about it though I never got an email confirmation from them. We were scheduled for 2 beds in a mixed dorm but had wanted a private room. As one became available, we were changed into that room and we were SO grateful! Thanks Michael! ”

- “ The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding my way around. I stayed in the female dorm and it was a very nice room. It was not huge but definitely larger than many of the other hostels I have stayed in. None of the beds were bunked and there is a separate common room area that is shared with one of the other rooms. Tip for the washer: to lock the door you have to push it in and up. I would definitely recommend this hostel. ”

- “ Even before check-in, you are given an espresso, a map, and a few helpful tips. The rooms are secure and well kept, the bathrooms spotless, and the amenities (kitchenette, internet/Wi-Fi, etc) easy to use and included in the price. The location is unbelievable and the staff very friendly, although as a solo traveler I found it difficult to meet new people. Also, the character of the hostel can change quite dramatically--some nights there are noisy groups going out, others it is completely quiet. ”

- “ Clean, wonderful little hostel with a lot of free stuff: free nespresso, free walking tours, free water...etc. Staff and owner are very friendly and informative of what to do in Prague. Entrance is a little hard to find but everything else is great. Would stay there again. ”

- “ Very friendly staff. Bring a lock for the cabinet to place your valuables. The location is excellent and the hostel doubles as an information vented so you have everything you need to know right there. ”

- “ Wow!!! This is hands down the BEST hostel ever!Me and three friends stayedhereanddidnot wanttoleave.TheSTAFF and amenities are incredible. Our 4 person private suite/ HOUSE was everything you would want/need and MORE. Teh staff REALLy went above & beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and took care of us better than any 5 star hotel.I completely recomend this hostel to anyone.MY friends are VERY hardto impress and they give u 5 stars lol THANK Ucharles bridge hostel u are THE BES ”
