- “ This is a budget hotel. No food or drink or common area so you can't meet people. Loud at night, right off west street. Staff is helpful but don't book transportation from him, tickets are much cheaper at travel shops. Very clean and no Mosquitos. Good maybe for a group of people, not solo traveler like me! ”

- “ Location was right off of West Street which was great. However, there are lots of steps to get to the rooms and they don't have a credit card machine! However, the guy at the front is very helpful ”

- “ Because it was a holiday weekend the noise levels were too high for me - pounding heavy metal until 2am made it impossible to sleep. I moved out the next day. The manager was very helpful and arranged for me to go to a friend's hotel - unfortunately the noise levels were almost as high. If you're young and want fun and late nights it's a good location. But there's nothing charming about it and only one room has a bit of a view. The bed linen was clean ”

- “ Charming Inn was a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent and Jack was so helpful. The tours were so easy and reasonably prices, which was really nice. Everything was easy with this hostel. When i travel back to Yangshou, i will definality stay at the Charming Inn Again. The beds are also the softest beds i've slept in since i've arrive in China. Great place, great price, and great hospitality. ”
